Wholesale electrical equipment catalogue for installers and shops
An electrical supplier has two different buyers. An installation company comes with an estimate and a project handover date; a shop comes to restock its shelves. Kup2B shows each its own price, accepts an order as a list of SKUs and counts quantities in metres, coils and boxes.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in wholesale electrical equipment
Metres, coils and boxes
Cable is sold by the metre, in coil-sized steps or without them; circuit breakers and sockets by the box. You set the unit and order multiple on the product, and the quantity in the cart adjusts itself.
Ordering by a list from the estimate
The procurement officer pastes SKUs and quantities from the project specification or uploads an Excel file. What is found goes into the cart; the rest goes to you as a price request.
Discount on a category or selection
A price rule applies to the whole catalogue, to a category or to products with a tag: installers get a discount on cable, shops on wiring accessories.
A fixed price for the project
For a large purchase the buyer sends a price request. Your offer is valid until the stated date: metal prices rise, but the agreed price stays with the buyer.
How it is set up: examples
- Power cable, 100 m coil
- Unit — metre, order multiple — 100. If you need cut lengths, create a second listing with a multiple of 1 and its own price per metre: the buyer sees both.
- Circuit breakers
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 12 (a box). Price tiers from 12, 120 and 600 pieces match boxes and a pallet layer.
- Luminaires for a project
- An installation company requests a price for 400 pieces. You reply with a price and validity date; once accepted, the items are already in its cart at that price.
- Two price columns
- The “Installation” price type and the “Shop” price type. A buyer is put into a group once — and from then on sees their column across the whole catalogue.

Upload your product range
Via 1C exchange or from a file. Set up cross-section, number of cores, rated current and protection rating as attributes — they will become catalogue filters.
Set prices by group
Price types for installation companies, shops and large wholesale; rules on categories and tags; tiers by quantity.

The main thing is that Kup2B differs from a regular store: you assign a price to each buyer separately. There are price types, buyer groups and price policies for this.
Let's start with the price types. Open "Price Types.".
There is always a type of RRC, retail: this is the price you set for the product. Add the wholesale type.
Call it "Opt" and keep it.
Now a group of buyers. Open “Settings”, then “Buyers Groups”.
We add a group of “Optoviki” and choose the type of prices “Optoviki” for it.
Save it.
Price policy ties everything together. Open "Price Policy" and click "Add".
We call the policy “wholesale prices”. Basic type - retail, target - "Opt".
Rule: fifteen percent off the retail price.
It works for the Optics group.
Save it.
The buyer "Sphere" we previously attributed to the group "Optoviki": how it is done, tell in the video about counterparties. We'll check the results in preview.
Choose the product "Aurora" and the buyer "Sphere" and click "Calculate".
The retail price is twelve thousand nine hundred rubles, and the wholesaler of the same chandelier will cost fifteen percent cheaper.
