Wholesale furniture and components catalogue for dealers and manufacturers
Furniture has two wholesale trades side by side. A factory sells finished furniture to showrooms and dealers; a hardware supplier sells to manufacturers, who need hinges, runners and edge banding by the thousand. Kup2B suits both: the dealer sees their price and lead times, the manufacturer orders by SKU.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in wholesale furniture and components
Dealer prices by level
Showroom, dealer and major partner get different price types. The retail price can be shown next to the dealer’s price, so they can see their margin.
Made-to-order furniture
An item with no stock stays in the catalogue and is available to order. You state the production time when confirming; the history is in the order chat.
Dimensions and volume
The listing holds the weight and the dimensions of the item and its packaging. They are used to calculate the order volume and its picking time at the warehouse.
Hardware by SKU
The manufacturer pastes a “SKU — quantity” list or uploads a file. Items from the catalogue go into the cart; the rest go as a price request.
How it is set up: examples
- Fitted kitchen
- Unit — set. Each configuration and colour is a separate listing with its own SKU: there are no variants within one listing.
- Dining chair
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 2 (two chairs to a box), minimum quantity — 4. A showroom cannot order an odd number.
- Furniture hinges
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 100 (a box). Price tiers from 100, 1,000 and 5,000 pieces — for the workshop and for the factory.
- A hotel project
- The buyer sends a price request for 60 sets. You reply with a price and the date until which the offer is valid.
Where a furniture supplier should start
Register a company
By INN, with a manual check of the company.
Create listings with photos and dimensions
Several photos; material, colour and dimensions as attributes. Packaging dimensions are needed to calculate volume.
Set up dealer levels
Price types and buyer groups. For a new dealer it is enough to assign a group — the prices appear across the whole catalogue.
Decide who can see the catalogue
An open catalogue works as a storefront. A closed one is seen only by confirmed dealers — handy when the terms are not for everyone.
What it looks like in the dashboard

"Categories and tags" tab. We note the category "Ceiling" and the tag "New".
The Properties tab. Specify the color of the valve, the base and the number of lamps: buyers will filter the catalogue.
Prices and balances tab. Set the retail price and stock balance. The remaining prices will be calculated by politicians, about this in the next video.
And pictures: choose a photo of the product.
Save it.
