Wholesale food orders without phone calls and spreadsheets
A food supplier’s orders repeat every week, or even every day: the same shops, cafés and canteens, almost the same items. Kup2B takes the routine out of this: the buyer repeats the previous order, adjusts the quantities and sends it before the order cut-off hour.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in wholesale food
Repeat order in one click
The buyer opens a previous order and repeats it at current prices and stock. The manager does not have to retype the order from a messenger.
Kilograms, litres and packs
The product unit is a kilogram, litre, piece or pack. The order multiple sets the step: a box of 12 jars, a 10 kg crate, a tray of 30 eggs.
Cut-off hour and shipping schedule
The warehouse has working days and a cut-off hour for taking an order into work. The buyer sees the lead time at checkout rather than finding it out by phone.
Prices by sales channel
Retail, catering and chains get different price types. Prices and rules can be limited by dates: a promotion starts and ends by itself.
How it is set up: examples
- Dairy products
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 12 (a box). The shop orders by the box; so does the café under its own price column, but at a different price.
- Vegetables by weight
- Unit — kilogram, order multiple — 10 (a crate), minimum quantity — 10. The price is lower from 100 kg: the tier matches ten crates.
- A café’s weekly order
- The purchaser repeats last week’s order, changes three lines and sends it before the cut-off hour. An invoice with a payment QR code is generated from the order.
- Seasonal price
- The price rule applies from the first to the fifteenth of the month: on those days buyers in the group see a reduced price, then it returns to normal.
