Wholesale auto parts catalogue for shops and garages
In parts, the buyer comes not to browse but to order: they have a list of SKUs and one question — “is it in stock and how much?” Kup2B answers it without a manager: the shop or garage uploads the list, sees its price and availability, and sends the order.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in wholesale parts
Ordering by a list of SKUs
The buyer pastes “SKU — quantity” lines or uploads an Excel file. Items that are found go into the cart; those not found go into a price request — so you see what you were asked for.
SKU, brand and barcode in the listing
A product has a SKU, a brand, a barcode and attributes that drive the filters: part type, fitting side, material — whatever you set up.
Stock and prices from the accounting system
1C exchange via CommerceML, or a file loaded on a schedule from a link. A catalogue of tens of thousands of items is updated without manual entry.
A separate price for each type of buyer
Parts shop, garage and fleet — different price columns. An individual buyer can be given a personal price on specific items.
How it is set up: examples
- Brake pads, axle set
- Unit — set, order multiple — 1. The “axle” and “brake type” attributes become catalogue filters; the brand is a separate filter.
- Engine oil in 4 l cans
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 4 (factory box). For a garage the price per box is lower than for a single can: a tier from four pieces.
- A garage’s weekly order
- The mechanic sends a list of 30 SKUs. The purchaser pastes it into a quick order: 27 items are in the cart, and three have gone to you as a price request.
- A fleet with deferred payment
- The buyer has its own price group, and the payment terms are recorded in its profile. The quarter’s settlements are easily reconciled with a reconciliation statement.
Where a parts supplier should start
Register a company

Connect the export from 1C
The catalogue, stock and prices arrive through the exchange. Products are matched by the 1C code or, if there is none, by SKU.
Create price types
Retail, small wholesale, garage, large wholesale — as many columns as your price list has. Buyers are distributed among groups.
Open the catalogue to buyers
The catalogue can be open, password protected, or available only to companies whose request you have confirmed.
What it looks like in the dashboard
Quick order from the list
Collect the basket with a list of “number items” or an Excel file.
Video transcript
If there are many items, it is convenient to collect the basket with a list, rather than adding goods one at a time. To do this, there is a “Basket File” block in the basket.
Insert a list: in each line the article and the number through the space.
Click "Download the list.".
Positions have appeared in the cart, quantities are put, and prices are calculated according to your conditions.
If the item is not in the supplier’s catalogue, the line will go to the price request.
The same list can be downloaded with an Excel file: download the cart, adjust the numbers in the table and select the file.
Next, “Put an order”, as in the previous video.
