Kup2B is a platform where companies buy from companies. Each seller has its own catalogue, and each buyer has its own price.
Sellers: the catalogue is loaded once, and the conditions are set by the rules - percentage of retail, fixed price, discount per category or step by volume. Tables and messengers are no longer needed.
Buyers: their prices from all suppliers in one office, live balances, price request, repeated order in one click, and invoice and correspondence next to the order.
The retail price of the goods is one, the rest are the rules of the seller. Every customer sees only one price: their own.
Only verified sellers: the details are checked with the registry, and we confirm each one manually. We check customers before the first order. The calculations go directly: the site does not accept money. Buyers it is free, and the seller pays a subscription without commission from transactions.

Suppliers
You keep prices for each client in Excel and messengers. On Kup2B a catalogue is uploaded once and terms are defined by rules: a percentage of the retail price, a fixed price, a discount on a category or tag, volume tiers. Clients see their own price themselves and order without calling a manager.
Buyers
You collect prices by phone and e-mail, don’t know the stock and rebuild every order from scratch. On Kup2B — your prices from all suppliers in one dashboard, live stock, a price request by list, one-click reorder, invoice and chat next to the order.
Retail for everyone. Terms for each.
A product has one retail price. Everything else is the seller’s rules: to whom (all counterparties, a group, a specific company) and for what (all products, a category, a tag, a product). The buyer sees only their own result.

Sfera doesn’t know what Vector sees. Everyone sees one price — their own. The seller can click “Through the counterparty’s eyes” and see the catalogue as a specific company sees it.

Verified sellers only
Registration by tax ID (INN); details are checked against the state register. Every seller is confirmed manually, a buyer — before the first order.
Direct payments
The platform does not take money. The buyer pays the supplier against an invoice to its current account, as before.
Transparent subscription
The platform is free for buyers. The seller pays a fixed monthly amount under its plan — there is no commission on deals. We give 30 days’ notice of any change to the plans.

Buyers are free of charge. The seller pays for the catalogue and work with buyers; there is no commission from transactions.

And another 5 days to pay after the deadline. The paid term has expired - the catalogue works for another 5 days for the payment to pass through the bank; these days are included in the new paid period. They are not added to the trial period.
Payment on the account of the company. The period is counted from the date of enrollment. Registration and verification are free. The trial period begins after checking the company and is given once. You can pay for the plan any day before it ends.
