Wholesale packaging with price by run size
Packaging is bought regularly and in quantity, and the price per piece differs several-fold between a bundle and a pallet. In Kup2B the price is recalculated by the quantity in the order, items with no stock remain available to order, and a conversation about a large run becomes a price request with a reply in the dashboard.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in wholesale packaging
Price by quantity
Every product has price tiers: from a bundle, from ten bundles, from a pallet. The price is recalculated by the quantity in the cart: reach a tier and the price per piece drops.
Made-to-order items
A product with zero stock does not disappear from the catalogue: it can be ordered, and you confirm the lead time when processing the order.
Price request for a run
A regular buyer asks for a price for a quarter’s volume and sends a request for a list of items. The agreed price is fixed for them until the date you specify.
Light but bulky cargo
The listing gives the pack dimensions; the warehouse has the number of cubic metres it picks per day. The picking time is calculated by order volume, not only by weight.
How it is set up: examples
- Corrugated box 400×300×300
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 20 (a bundle), minimum quantity — 20. Tiers: from 20, 200 and 1,000 pieces.
- Stretch film
- Unit — piece (a roll), order multiple — 6 (a box). Thickness and width are set up as attributes and work as filters.
- Zip-lock bags
- Unit — pack of 100 pieces, minimum quantity — 5. Sizes are in the attributes, and the buyer picks the right one with a filter.
- An online shop’s order
- Every two weeks the buyer repeats the order: boxes in three sizes, tape, film. An invoice with a QR code is generated from the order.
Where a packaging supplier should start
Register a company
By INN; the details are filled in from the state register. The company is verified manually.
Create the size range
Each size is a separate listing with its own SKU. Set up length, width, height and material as attributes so that the filters work.
Set the price tiers
Quantity prices belong to the price type. Different buyers get different types: manufacturers, online shops, resellers.
Open the catalogue
The catalogue can be open — then it is found in search — password protected, or available only to confirmed companies.
What it looks like in the dashboard
The volume price request
We send a request with the desired prices, receive the offer of the supplier and accept it: prices become personal.

If you need a large price, you can send a request to the supplier. In the basket collected several positions, click "Request price".
The query draft opens: basket positions, quantity and your current prices.
In the column “desirable price” indicate how much you are willing to pay per unit.
We add a comment: terms, terms, annual volume.
Click "Send a request." The seller will receive it and respond with an offer.
The supplier replied: the request appeared block "Seller's Offer" with prices and expiration date.
If the prices are satisfied, click “Accept and in the basket”. Prices will be personal before that date.
Positions are back in the basket, but at agreed prices.
