Wholesale catalogue of products for restaurants, cafés and hotels
A restaurant or a hotel buys twice. Once — a lot of different things, when it opens. Then for years it reorders the same things: broken glasses, napkins, containers. Kup2B covers both purchases: a price request for the fit-out and a quick repeat of the regular order.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What matters in supplying HoReCa
Reordering the same series
The manager finds the previous order and repeats it, or takes items from favourites. The same SKU is the same plate, with no hunting for a “similar” one.
Fitting out for an opening
The buyer uploads a list of hundreds of items to the cart as a file and sends it as a price request. You reply with a price for the whole volume and the offer’s validity date.
Prices for a chain and a single venue
A restaurant chain, a hotel and a small café get different price types. A regular customer is given a personal price on fast-moving items.
Ordering out of hours
The catalogue and cart are available round the clock: the order is sent after the shift closes, and you see it in the morning with a clear list of items.
How it is set up: examples
- Wine glass, 350 ml
- Unit — piece, order multiple — 6 (a box). To allow breakages to be replaced piece by piece, set the order multiple to 1 and a price with a tier from six.
- Delivery containers
- Unit — pack of 50 pieces, minimum quantity — 4. Volume and material are set up as attributes.
- Tablecloths and napkins
- Unit — piece or set. Colour and size are separate listings, and the buyer picks them with an attribute filter.
- Opening a coffee shop
- The buyer uploads the fit-out list, receives an offer and accepts it: the items end up in the cart at the agreed price.
Where a HoReCa supplier should start
Register a company
By INN; the details are filled in from the state register.
Upload your range by series
A tableware series is conveniently grouped with a tag or category: the buyer sees it as a whole and reorders in the same style.
Set up prices and delivery
Price types by customer type, delivery methods with a minimum order amount, pickup from the warehouse.
Connect the venues
Each legal entity is a separate buyer with its own price group. The venue invites its employees itself.
What it looks like in the dashboard
Order after registration
Status and history of the order, correspondence with the supplier, a note about the contract, confirmation of receipt and repetition of the order.
Video transcript
All your orders are in the “Procurement” section: number, supplier, amount and status. Opening order.
Upstairs, status. The story shows who changed it and when: the supplier confirmed the order and shipped it.
All questions on the order are convenient to discuss in correspondence. We send a message to the supplier and click “Send”.
Payment - directly to the supplier, on his account: the site does not participate in the calculations. You sign the contract yourself, and here you note that your party has signed.
When the goods arrive, click "delivered". The supplier will receive a notification and the order will move to the next status.
Need the same product? Click "Repeat order" - the positions will be in the basket again.
