Receiving price requests from wholesale buyers
The question “how much for a hundred pieces?” usually arrives by e-mail, is clarified by phone and is lost by the time of the order. In Kup2B a price request is a separate document: with its items, target prices, your reply and the messages. The agreed price does not stay in an e-mail — it starts to apply in the catalogue.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What a price request looks like
List of products and quantities
The buyer builds the request from the catalogue and can state the price they are hoping for.
Your offer
You reply with a price for each item and set the date until which the offer is valid.
Messages alongside
Questions about items, timing and delivery are discussed in the request chat, not in a separate e-mail thread.
The price is fixed
The buyer accepts the offer — and the prices become their personal prices: they see them in the catalogue and order at them.
How to start receiving requests
Open the catalogue
A verified company can request a price straight from your catalogue — including one you have not worked with yet.
Reply with an offer
A notification about the request arrives in the dashboard and by e-mail. The reply is put together in the same form as the request.
Receive the order
After accepting the offer, the buyer places an order at the agreed prices, and you issue an invoice.
What it looks like in the dashboard
Request price
We respond to the buyer’s request with a personal offer; after acceptance, prices become personal.
Video transcript
The buyer can request a personal price for the desired volume directly from the product card. Requests come to the “Price Requests” section. Open it.
Here's a request from Sphere: ten Aurora chandeliers and five Northern Lights. Open it.
The table shows your price at the price and the desired price of the buyer. For "Aurora" he wants to pay eleven thousand five hundred.
We offer our prices: twelve thousand for the Aurora and seventeen thousand five hundred for the Northern Lights.
We will specify to what date the offer is valid, and add a comment.
We're sending you an offer.
The buyer will see the offer and be able to accept it. At this point, prices will remain as personal for the Sphere until the specified date.
The buyer accepted the offer: the status of the request has changed, and the prices are already valid.
Next in the series: how to process the order.
