B2B portal for wholesale customers
Wholesale rarely lives in one system: the price list is in Excel, orders are in e-mail, clarifications in a messenger, the invoice comes from the accounting software. Kup2B brings this into one dashboard: the customer picks products at their own price, places an order and receives an invoice, and you see the whole deal.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What the portal includes
Catalogue with filters and search
Categories, attributes, tags, photos, stock by warehouse. Search and filters work within your catalogue; no other sellers’ products appear alongside.
A price for each customer
Price rules for a group or for a specific company: a percentage of the retail price, a fixed price, volume tiers.
Orders and invoices
The customer places the order themselves. The invoice is generated from the order; the price in the order is fixed and is not changed retroactively.
Chat and notifications
Messages are tied to an order or a price request. New events are announced by the bell in the dashboard and by browser push notifications.

Kup2B is a platform where companies buy from companies. Each seller has its own catalogue, and each buyer has its own price.
Sellers: the catalogue is loaded once, and the conditions are set by the rules - percentage of retail, fixed price, discount per category or step by volume. Tables and messengers are no longer needed.
Buyers: their prices from all suppliers in one office, live balances, price request, repeated order in one click, and invoice and correspondence next to the order.
The retail price of the goods is one, the rest are the rules of the seller. Every customer sees only one price: their own.
Only verified sellers: the details are checked with the registry, and we confirm each one manually. We check customers before the first order. The calculations go directly: the site does not accept money. Buyers it is free, and the seller pays a subscription without commission from transactions.
Registration by TIN, for LLC and IP, free of charge. Choose who you are: “I sell” or “I buy.”.
