Wholesale catalogue with 1C exchange
Nobody will maintain products in two places: a customer catalogue stays alive only as long as it updates itself. Kup2B connects to 1C through the standard website exchange (CommerceML): product items, price types and stock come from the accounting system, and customer orders go back into it.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
What is exchanged
Products and categories
Product items with groups, attributes and images. You keep the catalogue structure in 1C, as you are used to.
Price types
“Wholesale”, “Dealer” and “Retail” arrive as separate price types. On the platform you assign them to buyer groups.
Stock by warehouse
The customer sees availability, and the order lead time is calculated from the warehouse shipping schedule.
Orders
Buyers’ orders are exported to 1C — there is no need to retype them by hand.
How to connect the exchange
Get the address and credentials in the dashboard
In the “Data exchange” section you will find the exchange address and a token for connecting your accounting system.
Set up the website exchange in 1C
The standard website exchange mechanism is used: enter the address and credentials, choose what to export and how often.
Check the log
Every run is visible in the dashboard: how many items were created and updated, which rows failed and why.
What it looks like in the dashboard
Import directory from file
We load the goods with the CSV or Excel table, see the report on the run. Exchange with 1C - in the section "Data exchange".
Video transcript
If there are many products, you do not need to add them one by one: the catalogue is downloaded from the file. CSV, Excel, XML and JSON are suitable. Open the Import.
Each source is a configuration: what we import and in what format. Press "Add.".
Choose "Catalogue": products, categories, properties and tags. The format is CSV, you can save a table from Excel.
We will download the file manually, so the address remains “upload”. Columns are called standard, so you do not need to specify the correspondence.
Save it.
Now click "Download file".
Choose a table with goods: article, name and category.
Save it.
The file is checked, lines are turned into product cards, and categories are tied to a catalogue tree. It usually takes a few seconds.
Ready: in the runs you can see how many lines are processed and what products are created.
New cards appeared in the "Goods" drafts: check them and publish.
Prices and balances are loaded by a separate source on the same principle, and for exchange with 1C there is a section "Data Exchange".

Other tasks of a wholesale company
All solutionsDealer portal
Dealers see their own prices and stock, build an order and receive an invoice — without calling a manager.
B2B portal for wholesale customers
Catalogue, prices, orders, invoices and messages with wholesale customers in one place instead of e-mail and messengers.
Online wholesale price list
One up-to-date price list at a link instead of mailing files: prices and stock update themselves.
Different prices for different customers
Terms are set by rules: for whom, on what and from what volume. No separate price list per customer is needed.
Receiving price requests
The buyer sends a request for a list of products, you reply with an offer — and the agreed prices are fixed for that buyer.
Closed catalogue
A catalogue only for your own buyers or by password: outsiders and search engines do not see it.
Start by registering your company
Five minutes: e-mail, INN, confirmation. Once the company is verified, the catalogue works free for 10 days — enough to upload your products and connect your first buyers.
