An online wholesale price list instead of an Excel file
A price-list file is out of date the moment it is sent: the price has changed, the product has sold out, and the customer orders from yesterday’s version. A price list in Kup2B is your catalogue at a link: the customer always sees today’s prices and stock and orders straight from it.
Registration by tax ID (INN), for companies (LLCs) and sole proprietors. The first 10 days after the company is verified are free.
Why an online price list beats a file
Always a single version
Change a price or stock level and the customer sees the new value the next time they open the catalogue. No more “the price list of the 12th”.
Search and filters
The customer finds an item by name, SKU or attributes instead of scrolling through a thousand-row table.
Ordering from the price list
The customer adds items to the cart and sends the order. No retyping SKUs from an e-mail.
Retail prices — your choice
Retail prices can be shown to all guests or hidden. Wholesale terms are seen only by those you have assigned them to.
How to put your price list online
Upload the price list as a file
An Excel or CSV spreadsheet will do, as will XML and JSON. The file columns are mapped to catalogue fields during upload.
Set up updates
Prices and stock can be updated from a separate source and more often than the catalogue itself: on a schedule from a link, from S3 or FTP, or via 1C exchange.
Send customers the link
The catalogue is open to everyone, only to your buyers, or by password — you choose the mode.

When the catalogue is ready, customers see it. The link to the public page is always on the left menu, under the name of the company. Open it.
This is how your catalogue looks: at the top of the category and search, on the left filters by price, color and base. These are properties that we have marked in the filter.
Choose the color "Gold": only golden chandeliers remain.
Open the merchandise card.
The buyer sees the photo, price, properties and balance. He can put the goods in the basket or ask for a personal price.
Who to show the catalogue, you decide. Return to the office and open the “Settings”, then the “Catalogue”.
There are three modes. “Public” is visible to everyone and gets into search engines. "Only for my customers" is open only to confirmed counterparties. "Password" opens to those who know the password, but to order such a visitor can not.
The "Show Retail Prices to All" switch decides whether guests will see prices. Turn it off, and the prices will remain only with your counterparties. Save it.
Next in the series: how to connect the buyer and assign him prices.

Other tasks of a wholesale company
All solutionsDealer portal
Dealers see their own prices and stock, build an order and receive an invoice — without calling a manager.
B2B portal for wholesale customers
Catalogue, prices, orders, invoices and messages with wholesale customers in one place instead of e-mail and messengers.
Different prices for different customers
Terms are set by rules: for whom, on what and from what volume. No separate price list per customer is needed.
Receiving price requests
The buyer sends a request for a list of products, you reply with an offer — and the agreed prices are fixed for that buyer.
Catalogue with 1C exchange
Products, prices and stock come from 1C, and orders go back — via the standard CommerceML exchange.
Closed catalogue
A catalogue only for your own buyers or by password: outsiders and search engines do not see it.
Start by registering your company
Five minutes: e-mail, INN, confirmation. Once the company is verified, the catalogue works free for 10 days — enough to upload your products and connect your first buyers.
