Q: What is a company details card?

A document with all the details of an organisation or sole proprietor: name, INN, KPP, OGRN, addresses, bank details, director. It is sent to a counterparty so that they can fill in the contract and the payment order without mistakes.

Q: Is there a mandatory form?

No, the form is free. It is important that the information matches the founding documents and the register extract.

Q: What should a sole proprietor give instead of a KPP?

Nothing: sole proprietors have no KPP. Instead of an OGRN, the OGRNIP is given — 15 digits.

Q: Why state the tax system?

The counterparty needs to know whether you work with VAT: the prices in the contract and its right to a deduction depend on it.

Paste the INN — the name, KPP, address and director will be filled in from the state register. Any field can be corrected by hand.

The INN is sent to a counterparty verification service in order to fill in the details from the register.

As in the founding documents: LLC “Vektor”, sole proprietor Ivan Ivanovich Ivanov.

Full company name

As in the register extract: Limited Liability Company “Vektor”.

KPP

Organisations only. A sole proprietor has no KPP — leave empty.

13 digits for an organisation, 15 for a sole proprietor.

Main OKVED code

Code of the main type of activity, for example 46.90.

Remember the details in this browser

The details are stored on this device and shared by all tools in the section: save them in the invoice and they are also in the certificate and the QR code. There can be several companies, and any of them can be filled in as either supplier or buyer. On a shared computer others will see the details — in that case switch this off.

The form data is sent to the server only to build the file and is not saved.

Enter the BIC — the bank and correspondent account are filled in automatically. Add the current account.
Check the director’s position and full name, and choose the tax system.
