Only legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can work on the site: an individual without the status of an individual entrepreneur cannot be a party to the contract.

Steps.

1. Click "Registration", specify the name, e-mail and password, confirm the e-mail at the link from the letter.
2. Confirm your phone: On the Start page, click “Get a number” and call it from your phone. The call is free, no one will answer it - confirmation will appear by itself, you need to call within 5 minutes. Without a confirmed phone, the next steps are closed.
3. Open "Register a company" (buttons "I sell" and "I buy" on the main lead there).
4. Choose. participation“Sell”, “Buy” or “Sell and buy” – it depends on whether you keep your catalog. The selling company immediately chooses tariff (by default - "Start"): you do not need to pay immediately, after checking the company there is a free trial period - 10 days, once. The buyer does not need a tariff: the site is free for him. The view changes later in the office. Settings. The “Buy” view is not available as long as the company has goods (they need to be removed – it is not enough to remove them from publication) or an unpaid site invoice (it is canceled in the section). 5. Enter the TIN - details (CPT, OGRN, full name, legal address) will be pulled from the EGRUL / EGRIP automatically.
6. Check the data, specify the phone and e-mail of the company (they are also confirmed by a call and letter) and accept the offer.
7. Download the documents and send the company for verification. The selling company must take this step. - without him, the office won't open. The company "Buy" it is optional: The office, sellers’ directories, shopping cart, favorites and sellers’ orders are open immediately after step 6, and a check will be needed when you are going to place orders (see below “What is available to the buyer without checking”).

Documents are uploaded with copies from the list Annex A to the rules: charter or extract from it, decision on appointment of the head or power of attorney, certificate of the Federal Tax Service on the absence of debt, calculation of insurance premiums, reporting, card with details, documents to the warehouse - if any. The passport of the head can be replaced by a bank card with samples of signatures or a letter of refusal. Without documents, registration may be denied.

One company is registered once: if the TIN is already on the site, the form will tell about it - ask the owner of the company to add you to it.

Verification

The application goes for manual moderation - up to 3 working days (the period can be extended to 5 if additional documents are needed). While the company is not confirmed, you can prepare a catalog (goods in the status of "Chernovik"), but you can not publish products, place orders and send price requests.

What is available to the buyer without verification

The company "Buy" works with a draft - as soon as confirmed e-mail, phone and details:

• You can: open directories of sellers, collect a basket (including a file), keep a favorite, send sellers an application “Become a counterparty”;
• after inspection: place orders, send price requests, invite employees.

If the company "Buy" later begins to sell, the check will have to pass: before sending for inspection, the office of the selling company is closed.

Verification and registration are free. The seller pays only for the subscription at the tariff, and the invoice at the tariff is formed after the inspection (Seller's fare and subscription fee).

The “Show Retail Prices” checkbox decides whether guests and unfamiliar companies see your retail price. If it is removed, instead of the price will be “Price on request”, and specific prices will receive only active counterparties.
