App on the phone and notifications

Coupe 2B can be put on the phone as a regular application: with its icon on the screen, without the browser address bar and with notifications that come in the same way as any other applications – on the lock screen and in the curtain. Separately, you do not need to download anything, application stores do not participate.

How to install

Android, Chrome. At the bottom of any page, in the basement, there is a button. "Install the application". Click - the phone will ask for confirmation and the icon will appear on the home screen. The button is only visible when the browser is ready to put the application; if it is already installed, the button disappears.

iPhone and iPad. Safari can’t install the app itself, so the same button shows a three-step hint:

1. Press. "Share." An icon with a square and arrow up at the bottom of the screen.
2. Choose. "To the Home screen.".
3. Press. "Add" - The icon Kup2B will appear among the applications.

Computer. In Chrome and Edge, the app is also installed – the same button in the basement or the installation icon in the address bar.

The application is the same site: the login, the company and all data remain the same, you do not need to re-enter. Without the Internet, a stub page opens, and as soon as the connection appears, everything works as usual.

How to enable notifications

Notifications included spot-bellOpen the list and switch the switch at the bottom. "Browser push notifications". The phone will ask for permission – click “Allow”. They are switched off by the same switch.

Case events come: a new order, a change in order status, an invoice, a new chat message, changes to the price request.

On the iPhone, notifications only come to the installed app. As long as the site is open just in Safari, there will be no notifications – this is a limitation of iOS itself. Therefore, the order on the iPhone is as follows: first “On the screen Home”, then open the application from the home screen and already turn on the switch in it.

On Android notifications work without installation – enough permission in Chrome.

What will be in the notification itself

Only event: for example, "New Order." Neither the name of the company, nor the amount, nor the order number, nor the text of the message will be in the notification.

This is done intentionally: push notifications are delivered through browser servers (Google, Apple), and we do not transfer personal data there. Click on the notification - the desired page of the office will open, where you can see everything completely.

Details are duplicated letter: there is the order number, and the company, and the amount. Emails come regardless of whether notifications are included or not.

If notifications do not arrive

• You refused permission. Repeat the browser will not ask – permission is included in the site settings in the browser itself (Chrome: lock icon in the address bar → “Notifications”; iPhone: “Settings” → application → “Notifications”).
• On the iPhone, the site is open in Safari, not installed. Put the app in - see above.
• The switch is off. Check it in the bell.
• Do not disturb or save charge. The phone can hold notifications – check system settings.
• You logged out of your account. Disabled notifications in another browser: the subscription is tied to a specific browser and device. On each device, the switch is switched on separately.
