Addition of goods

It is possible to publish products when the company has been checked and has at least one active warehouse. Before that, the goods are kept as drafts.

By hand.

Basic. Article (unique within the company), name, brief and full description, brand, barcode, unit of measure, VAT rate (0, 5, 7, 10 or 22 %; 5 and 7 % for sellers on a simplified system), minimum number and multiplicity of order. The name should be meaningful: not shorter than three characters, not equal to an article, without "Product 1" and "---." You only fill in your language, the rest are automatically translated.

Status. “Draft” is not visible to anyone but you; “Active” is in the catalog; “Hidden” is removed from the window. The draft and hidden goods are opened by direct link to the owner and manager of the company - with a preview plaque.

The site does not premoderate the cards: the goods are published immediately. The exception is restricted (alcohol, tobacco, medicines and veterinary drugs, weapons, pyrotechnics, chemistry, trade in databases): such a card receives the status "On inspection." and waiting for support. The remaining claims are resolved on the basis of the complaint (Complaints and disputed goods).

Date of publication. It is placed itself when the goods first go to the showcase, and sorting works on it. "New first" in the catalog. You can change the date: put today's card will again be at the top of the list of new products, put an earlier one - will go deep. A future date cannot be set. Withdrawal of goods from publication and return back date does not change. Column published_at is in the upload and download file - the date can be controlled en masse (File export and download. Categories and tags. Category- your own: you keep the section tree of the catalog yourself, there is no common classifier at the site (Catalogue categories). The main category defines bread crumbs. Tags are your own labels, they are convenient to assign prices.Product tags).

Properties. Characteristic values are filled in – they are shown in the card and work as filters.Properties and characteristics).

Dimensions and shipment. The “Shipped Goods” flag includes the calculation of the assembly time and the weight of the order. For such goods, the weight, height, length and width (or diameter instead of them) and the dimensions of the box are required. Prices and balances. Retail price (RRC) and prices of other typesPrice types), residues in warehouses. Empty price field means "Price on request": the product is visible in the catalog, but you can order it only after asking for a price (Price on request).Price Requests (RFQ)). Zero price does not count - to remove the price, clear the field.

Photo. Up to 10 files, up to 10MB each. Miniatures and webp versions are automatically created; the first photo is the main thing. Products without a photo are shown at the end of the issue.

The “View” button opens the card as the buyer sees it.
