Chat by order and request

Each order and price request has its own correspondence - it opens directly in the card. There is also correspondence with the counterparty outside the transaction: the button "Chat." section Contractors - for questions on price, conditions and documents (Buyer groups and counterparties).

• Messages are coming momentarilyThere is no need to update the page.
• You can attach up to 5 files, up to 5 MB each: jpg, png, webp, pdf, doc(x), xls(x), csv, txt, zip. Investments lie on a closed storage - only parties can download them.
• Unread messages are visible by the counter in the order list, in the "Counterparties" section and in the bell.
• A letter is sent about a new message, but not more often than once every 30 minutes for correspondence.Profile, notifications and suggestions).
• Correspondence is stored for a year, the texts of messages are stored in encrypted form.

Duplicate the agreements affecting money and terms in the order itself: change the statuses, issue an invoice, write the terms of payment with the counterparty - chat is not equated to documents (Orders: statuses and work with them).
