Import of prices, balances and catalog

Import is necessary when goods and prices are kept in the accounting system, and they must be transferred to the site regularly. Cabinet import.

• What we import: "Catalogue" (goods in their entirety: names, descriptions, categories, properties, photos) or "Prices and balances" (fast price by article).
• Format: csv, xlsx, xml or json. File by link, from S3 or FTP - up to 200 MB; json - up to 50 MB (it reads in whole, other formats - stream, so for a large price pick csv, xlsx or xml).
• How? reference https://…FTP, S3 packet or manual file download. To access with a password, access and select it at the source (Access to the external system n).
• Verification interval How often do I see if the file has changed? At least 60 seconds. Imports only start if the file has actually changed: first, the date of change and the ETag are checked, and then the entire file is checked. Relayed the same price in the journal will appear the entry “file has not changed”, the catalog is not overwritten. The "run" button is imported anyway.
• As long as the imports go, the second one won't start. If the run does not meet the check interval (a large directory is imported for a long time), the next check will simply skip it, and the buttons “Run” and “Download file” will not be available until the end. The source status is "Going."

Column comparison

If the columns are named habitually (Артикул. Название. Цена. Остаток. Категория. Бренд. Вес, г), comparison is not required - they are recognized automatically, the register is not important. Column Цена without a price type code, it's a retail price. Остаток Without a warehouse code, the remainder is in the main warehouse. Otherwise, set the match manually:

• sku Article (key by which the goods are searched; you can use it) external_id - code from your system;
• name.ru. name.en Name by language (or column) name_ru. name_en);
• price:rrc. price:opt Price by price type code (Price types);
• stock:msk - warehouse code balance (Warehouses, work schedule and shipment time);
• prop:power_w - the value of the property by code (Properties and characteristics);
• category. tags. images - category, tags, links to the photo;
• published_at (or the column "Date of publication") - the date by which the product is sorted "New first"Addition of goods); format 2026-02-03, a future date is not accepted;
• vat_rate (or column "VAT") - the VAT rate of the goods: 0, 5, 7, 10 or 22, you can have a percentage sign. Another rate (for example, the previous 18 or 20) and the text are not recorded: the product remains its rate, the new product receives 22%, and a note with an article appears in the journal.

Category — section yours catalogueCatalogue categories); nesting is written through / ?Свет/Люстры/Хрустальные), several categories are divided | or ;The first one becomes the main one. Missing categories, tags, brands and properties are created automatically.

If a category with this name is not in the place indicated in the file, but it is in another place in your tree (you moved it, and the file has an old path), the product will go to the existing category, and not to the new one with the same name – a line with the actual path will appear in the journal. When there are several categories of the same name in the tree, you can not choose for you: the category is created along the way from the file, and this is also written in the journal.

List properties are an exception: import does not come up with new versions of the list. Value that is not available among the options (Properties and characteristics), the product will not get, and will go line to the magazine - add the option to the property and start importing again.

Prices and balances: what is recorded

The price line is considered loaded if the goods are found under the article. An inappropriate value in it does not cancel the others: the price is not recorded - the remainder of the same line will be recorded, and vice versa.

• Price 0 is written as is: for this type of prices, the price of the goods is no longer there, the buyer will see the “Price on request” and the price request button (Price on request)Price Requests (RFQ)) - if it does not fit another type of price or rule (Price rules for counterparties). There will be a comment in the journal. The file downloaded in the "Data Sharing" section and the REST API also work (REST API and tokens).
• Negative price, text instead of number and obviously impossible amount Not recorded - the previous price remains, in the journal note.
• Negative balance ("reclass" in the accounting system) is written as 0 - there is nothing to sell. A note in the journal with a reference value.
• Unknown price or warehouse type code in column title (price:opt2. stock:spb) - the column is not loaded, the remaining columns of the line are loaded. One note for the entire file.

The exchange with 1C with zero price does not act differently - the current price does not erase zero (the price does not change).Exchange with 1C).

The result

Each run gets logged: how many lines are created, updated, and omitted — the total is always the number of lines of the file — and notes with line numbers. Skipped – means that the line is not loaded at all (the product is not found, there is no article, unacceptable name): such entries in the journal are red. A line that is not loaded in its entirety does not fall into the “missing” line: it is considered created or updated, and the journal has a note about what exactly was not recorded (yellow). The number in the comments column is full; the journal shows the first 200, the same ones stacked in one with the mark "more lines: N". It can also be seen that the import started itself - categories (full way), tags, brands, properties and articles of new goods, 50 names per appearance, further in number. This is a way to catch a typo in a file: an extra category or tag usually means there is an error in the column. If the source is unavailable or the file is broken, the status will become "Error" and the error text will be visible in the list. Such a source is checked again no earlier than 15 minutes, not every minute - fix the file or address and click "Run". A source whose file is not uploaded is just waiting to be downloaded. If the run is interrupted (for example, restarting the server), the source is released itself, and the next check will start the import again.

One-time download of the file is more convenient to do through the section "Data Exchange" (File export and download); for 1C there is a separate exchange (Exchange with 1C).
