Warehouses, work schedule and shipment time

Warehouse is the point from which the goods leave: residues, distance to the buyer and the period of readiness of the order for shipment are considered. The company must have at least one warehouse, the only one can not be removed.

How to add a warehouse

1. Cabinet Warehouses "Add it."
2. Fill in the name, code (Latin, substituted from the name) and address. The address is normalized and geocoded automatically - without coordinates, the calculation of distance delivery is not available. The phone at the warehouse is not intentionally: the buyer contacts the company, and the company’s contacts are in its card.
3. “Default” is a warehouse that is taken if the delivery method does not indicate a warehouse.
4. "Active" - remove if the warehouse does not ship temporarily.

A new warehouse works every day without a weekendAll seven days of the week are considered workers, the holidays of the production calendar are workers. Terms in the basket and order are considered in calendar days. If you don’t work every day, shorten your schedule (see below).

Work schedule and assembly capacity

• Working days Days of the week when the warehouse collects orders.
• Holidays on the production calendar of the Russian Federation Include if the warehouse does not work on public holidays.
• Calendar of exceptions Six months ahead: pressing the day off (inventory, moving) or working (working Saturday); pressing again removes the exception.
• Cut-off hour Payment after this hour is considered from the next working day.
• Minimum assembly time and capacity (kg and m3 per day) - how much the warehouse manages to collect.

How the term is calculated

Assembly time = maximum of the minimum period and "weight ÷ kg per day" or "volume ÷ m3 per day", rounded up. Further, the working days of the warehouse are counted, taking into account holidays and exceptions, the delivery time from the delivery method ("Time, days") is added to the result. Only the goods shipped are counted - they have the weight, dimensions and box filled.
