Delivery methods

Without at least one active delivery method, the buyer will not be able to place an order. Cabinet Delivery "Add it."

Types

• Self-driving - from the warehouse, the price is zero. Warehouse is mandatory: the buyer sees his address.
• Fixed - one delivery fee.
• By distance - the base price, how many kilometers are included in it, the price per kilometer over and the coefficient of winding (1.3 - an approximate transition from a distance in a straight line to the road). You can limit your maximum shoulder. The distance is considered from the warehouse to the buyer’s address, so the warehouse must have a recognized address.
• By zone. radii around the warehouse: for each zone code, radius and price (or price per kilometer).
• Transport company and Contractual The price is calculated by the seller, the buyer sees “the seller will calculate”.

Cost of delivery in order

The transport company and contractual delivery, as well as when the address is beyond the maximum leverage, the order is "calculated by the seller." The amount of the seller indicates in the order card (Cabinet) Orders → order → field “Delivery cost”), the result of the order is recalculated, the record appears in the history of the order, the buyer receives a notification. There you can also adjust the price “by distance” and “by zones”: it is considered a point on the map, which the buyer indicated.

Next to the sum - a mark “Value includes VAT” (It is only seen by the seller who works with VAT). With the mark, the tax is allocated from the cost of delivery and is included in the “VAT included” of the order and in the “including VAT” invoice; without it, it is not allocated. Until the cost is specified, the mark is the same as the delivery method.

You can change the cost until there is no invoice on the order, it is not paid and shipped: the invoice fixes the amount and tax.

Common fields

• Warehouse - from which warehouse the order leaves. Mandatory for self-delivery, calculation by distance and by zone; for other types, if not specified, the main warehouse is taken. From the warehouse depends on the period of readiness (Warehouses, work schedule and shipment time).
• Term, days - how much to add to the date of readiness for delivery.
• Cost includes VAT - a mark for those who work with VAT (the self-export does not have it). Without it, the tax is not allocated from the cost of delivery; with it, it is allocated at your rate and is included in the “including VAT” of the order and invoice. The buyer doesn't see the mark.
• Free from The amount of the order starting from which delivery is free.
• Minimum order - below this amount, the method is not chosen.

• Note The text that the buyer will see during the registration.
• Active. and Sorting - display and order on the list.

On the registration page next to each method, the buyer sees the cost, date of readiness and date of receipt.
