Consent to receiving advertising and informational mailings

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Viktorovna Konovalova (OGRNIP 326508100405306, INN 590402889790), address: office 228, 5 Serebryany Boulevard, Opalikha residential district, Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, 143444, Russia, e-mail: hello@kup2b.ru (hereinafter the “Operator”), owner of the kup2b Platform located online at https://kup2b.ru (hereinafter the “Platform”), for the following purposes:

• sending advertising and informational advertising messages about the Platform, its goods, works, services, capabilities and functions to the e-mail address I have provided;
• informing me about special offers, promotions, events and updates of the Platform where such messages have an advertising or informational advertising nature.

This consent does not cover service messages required for registration, use of the Platform, performance of the Offer, order processing and account security. Such service messages may be sent independently of this consent.

2. This consent covers the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic; e-mail address; Platform account identifier; information about the Company and the User’s role where used to personalise a mailing.

For the purpose of recording the granting and withdrawal of consent, the Operator also records the date and time of the action, the edition of the consent text, the IP address, and browser and device information.

3. I consent to the following operations with personal data, with or without the use of automation: collection; recording; systematisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, changing); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access) to an e-mail delivery service and other persons engaged by the Operator under a contract to achieve the stated purposes; anonymisation; blocking; deletion; destruction.

Persons engaged by the Operator may process personal data only on the Operator’s instructions, within the stated purposes and subject to confidentiality and personal-data security requirements.

4. This consent is voluntary and is given separately from other consents. The absence or withdrawal of consent does not prevent registration or use of the Platform unless another lawful basis applies.

5. Consent is given by placing a separate mark in the relevant field. The mark is not preselected. Consent is considered given when the separate mark is placed and remains effective until it is withdrawn or processing for the stated purposes ends. After withdrawal, the Operator stops sending advertising mailings to the relevant e-mail address. The Operator may retain information needed to confirm the granting and withdrawal of consent where required by law or to protect rights and legitimate interests.

6. I may withdraw my consent at any time by disabling advertising mailings in my account settings or by contacting the Operator in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy (https://kup2b.ru/legal/privacy).

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
