Consent to personal data processing

This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

1. I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the processing of my personal data by Individual Entrepreneur Yulia Viktorovna Konovalova (OGRNIP 326508100405306, INN 590402889790), address: office 228, 5 Serebryany Boulevard, Opalikha residential district, Krasnogorsk, Moscow Region, 143444, Russia, e-mail: hello@kup2b.ru (hereinafter the “Operator”), owner of the kup2b Platform located online at https://kup2b.ru (hereinafter the “Platform”), for the following purposes:

• registering Users and Companies on the Platform, identifying and authenticating Users, and concluding and performing the Offer on use of the Platform;
• verifying Companies and checking the authority of Company representatives;
• providing Users with the Platform’s functionality: maintaining a catalogue, price requests, orders, invoices, communication between Company representatives in chats, management of counterparties and delivery recipients;
• sending service notifications about events on the Platform;
• processing support requests and considering claims;
• ensuring the security of the Platform, preventing fraud, unauthorised access and breaches of the Offer;
• complying with legal requirements, including document retention and responding to requests from government authorities;
• analysing the use of the Platform and improving it (in anonymised form);
• providing Visitors and Users with the Platform’s free tools;
• sending a list of Products from a password-protected catalogue to the e-mail address provided by the Visitor;
• considering complaints from Participants and third parties about posted Content.

I hereby consent to the following operations with personal data, with or without the use of automation: collection; recording; systematisation; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, changing); retrieval; use; transfer (provision, access); anonymisation; blocking; deletion; destruction.

This consent covers the following personal data: surname, first name and patronymic; e-mail address; telephone number; position; browser push-subscription address (if notifications are enabled); IP address; session identifier; device information; cookies.

2. I hereby:

• confirm that all data entered in the Platform registration form belongs to me personally;
• consent to the Operator, for the purposes stated above and in accordance with the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, entrusting third parties under contracts with individual operations involving personal data, provided that those parties undertake to ensure the security of personal data during processing and prevent its disclosure. Such third parties may perform operations with the User’s personal data that are similar to those the Operator may perform.

3. This consent takes effect when I consent to personal data processing by checking the consent checkbox next to the Consent to personal data processing on the Platform and remains effective until the processing purposes are achieved or the consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, personal data processing may continue on other legal grounds provided by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation.

4. I have been informed that I may withdraw my consent to the processing of my personal data by sending a request in accordance with the procedure established by the Personal Data Processing Policy of the kup2b Platform (https://kup2b.ru/legal/privacy).
